Become a Citadele business customer

Make sure your company meets all the criteria to successfully complete the application process and become our customer remotely

  • You are the legal representative of this company, registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Estonia
  • The owners of the company you represent are only natural persons, residents of the Republic of Estonia
  • The company you represent is solvent
By company we mean a legal entity that is registered in the Register of Enterprises/Commercial Register of the Republic of Estonia and is a private limited company (OÜ).

Make sure you have everything you need for the application process:

  • About 20 minutes to fill in the application form and choose a payment plan
  • Qualified Smart-ID, ID-kaart or Mobiil ID
  • Valid ID document - passport or ID card
Choosing any authorization tool listed below you agree that your personal data (name, surname, identity code, country) shall be sent to SC "Citadele bank".
Important! You need a Smart-ID QES (Qualified Electronic Signature) to connect.
QES (Qualified Electronic Signature) is the highest security level for an electronic signature, corresponding to that of a handwritten signature. The Smart-ID with this security level can be obtained in person at your bank branch or upgrade your SmartID to QES: instruction, video.

We kindly ask you to correctly indicate the personal data we need to enter into a contract with you and provide services, to carry out identification and research in accordance with the law, including to verify the data in public registers.
